So please pardon me if I do, but) <BR/><BR/>this sounds ridiculous to me. If this would be the case, we would be lost. Because the U.S. are so not on a way to at least following if it comes to environmental issues (compared to several European states). BTW, the times of U.S. global leadership are gone. And I do think this is good. I do not want any country in the world to be the leader in general. Even if I would be a citizen of that country. I would be scared that it would make me feel arrogant about others. Based on what?.. Of course, it would be best if George himself would help to make everything a bit greener. But obviously, he s more up for going to war and getting as much influence as he can get on fossil energy ressources fighting terrorism at the same time. <BR/><BR/>`Leadership is up for grabs.´ <BR/><BR/>Dealing with global warming is not a question of leadership.
